Location was amazing in comparison to the amphitheater. We were attending an event there. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room could've used some help. The tiles were cracked in the bathroom floor and we had a slight leak from the toilet. The bathroom had mold on the wall opposite the shower head. The room looked fairly new, but they forgot about the bathroom reno. Probably the most disturbing thing was me overhearing someone at the front desk telling someone from housekeeping to "just leave it dirty". But all in all, wasn't a bad experience. As much as we travel, we've seen FAR worse.
We enjoyed our stay. We always book this hotel when we come visit our family and staff is great my father came with us and he lost his wallet and the guy soma found it. So we came back recently and we just love Maurice at the front desk. He was very nice and friendly. He just smiled and made us feel welcomed
Hotel could use little more work but besides that my mother stay was pretty good. The front desk stuff was great i had issue but the little guy up front made sure helped me out. He was very friendly and patient with me. It’s was a lady there named Vanessa she was kind enough to help out. We will be back again
This hotel is perfect for business travelers. I’ve stayed here a few times over the past five years and it seems better every time. Pleasant staff and clean updated rooms.

The hotel was great and the rooms was clean. Housekeeping it’s the small details you gotta pay attention too.The front desk stuff was great. The breakfast food was a 6 the hash brown was soggy. Other than that my stay was pretty good.
